Bulgogi tacos are a new Korean-fusion dish that you’ve probably see available in cool food trucks and Asian-fusion restaurants. If you’ve already tried our bulgogi recipe, then you already know how to do the bulk of the work!
Here’s what you need:
- Bulgogi Meat (recipe available here)
- Corn or flour tortillas
- This Delicious Spicy Coleslaw, your favorite veggie toppings, or even sour cream and cheese! Dress it up as you like
- Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
After preparing your bulgogi meat, skip the rice and place on a toasted flour or corn tortilla. Top with your favorite veggies and hot sauce and you’re good to go! I even sprinkle a little cheese and my kids love them.

- Chopped green and red cabbage, radish & green onion
- Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
- Optional toppings: cheese, sour cream, spicy mayo
