Bulgogi Tacos – Korean Fusion

Bulgogi tacos are a new Korean-fusion dish that you’ve probably see available in cool food trucks and Asian-fusion restaurants. If you’ve already tried our bulgogi recipe, then you already know how to do the bulk of the work!


Here’s what you need:

After preparing your bulgogi meat, skip the rice and place on a toasted flour or corn tortilla. Top with your favorite veggies and hot sauce and you’re good to go! I even sprinkle a little cheese and my kids love them.

Ingredients

  • Bulgogi Meat
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Chopped green and red cabbage, radish & green onion
  • Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
  • Optional toppings: cheese, sour cream, spicy mayo

Instructions
